About These Terms
These terms apply to the use of this website and to quotes and work carried out by AKN Projects Pty Ltd. By requesting a quote you agree to the terms set out below.
Quotes
Quotes are based on the information and site conditions known at the time. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. If the scope, substrate condition or tile selection changes after a quote is accepted, we will confirm any price adjustment with you in writing before proceeding.
Materials
Where tiles or materials are supplied by you, we are not responsible for defects in those products, colour or batch variation, or shortfalls in quantity. Where we supply materials, manufacturer warranties apply.
Site Access & Conditions
We ask that the work area is clear and that we have safe access to the site, power and water. Hidden issues such as moisture damage, unstable substrates or non-compliant existing work may only become apparent once work begins; we will tell you promptly and agree the next step with you.
Payment
A deposit may be required to secure your booking and cover materials. The balance is payable on completion unless a different schedule has been agreed in writing. Payment terms are confirmed on your quote.
Workmanship
Our work is carried out to the relevant Australian standards, including waterproofing to wet areas. We stand behind our workmanship and will return to address any defect that is our responsibility within the warranty period stated on your quote.

Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under Australian Consumer Law. Beyond those rights, our liability is limited to re-performing the work or refunding the amount paid for the affected work.
